PRIVATE PARTIES
A private party is ideal for a group of people you know to get together and make some art. We do everything from birthday parties to ladies nights out. Although birthday parties are our most popular offering for children and adults alike, we can always find a reason to party. Do you have an idea in mind? what's included
- 1.5 hour guided canvas painting party on the bus
- Up to 12 participants (minimum age: 5 years old)
- Theme of choice - designed specially for your party
- Set up and clean up is on us
-Take home your artwork as a party favor
-Customized decorative chalkboard for photo op
-Price - $315 + tax
add on options
-45 extra minutes for cake and presents on the bus: $50
-Customized Art Apron: $10 each
-Personalized art gift set: $30 each
what to expect
- We will typically arrive around 30 minutes early to your party in order to get the bus set up. Most of our prep happens on site - so we need just a few minutes to get your party ready.
- Once participants arrive onto the bus, they will find a seat, put on an apron and get ready for the fun!
- We do a guided drawing of the chosen theme and then a guided painting on their stretched canvas
-We do a few quick photos of the finished artwork and the group when we are finished (photos will be shared with party host!)
- Clean up is on us!
- Party may end sooner than an hour and a half depending on the speed of our artists.
what we need from you!
- We need to know if there will be an outlet accessible within 100 feet for us to plug in the bus. (a $25 fee if there is not so we can run our generator)
-$100 non-refundable down payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date
- The remaining balance is due by the date of your party
-All party participants will need to have a parent/guardian sign off on the safety and photo waiver prior to the start of the party
-We do ask for a host parent's phone number if you will not be on the bus during the party in case of an emergency
-Some have found it helpful to have a folding table ready for when the kids are done painting on the bus so you have somewhere to put the paintings that may not be all the way dry!
